Reset Password (clients facing problems)

Hi, we are getting tons of emails in all our sites that use UM, that say this:

“I am trying to recover my account and it keeps telling me that the link that the website sends me is invalid”

So, they write us thru contact form and we have to reset their passwords manually. The point it’s that we have to do this like 60 times per day, as we have thousands of users in all of our sites (jobs sites).

Is there a solution for this? Or if not, maybe you know a plugin that can make this job, directly at website, without email reset password link being sended to users? I mean, directly at users profile?
