Maybe email is in spam? Other emails working?
No email in spam or anywhere, also other emails are working too.
by the way why it’s showing such message.
The message looks normal for that situation.
Consider trying in order until fixed:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails tab
– find the reset password line
– ensure content type = text/html
– ensure recipients = Customer
– click Configure, ensure “enabled” is checked, ensure email type = html
Using your host’s file manager software or ftp, go to
/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-reset-password.php
– check if this file exists
– open it with a text or code editor, does it look corrupted. If in doubt, overwrite it with a copy from a fresh download of WooCommerce.
Temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to the default theme to be able to rule out a conflict. Does it work now?
Ensure plugins and theme are up-to-date.

I have checked all above, all settings are as per required but still reset password link is not receiving.
Also, the new order or new registration emails are not receiving.
Actually, the theme has already an option for reset password but on another page also I want to add that option. please find the attachment (1).

If emails generally don’t send, try this plugin

and make sure the test works.
