The form should reset by default when the user refreshes the page, can you please edit your form and verify if the default value isn’t checked?

In case it is checked then the form will pre-fill the data.

Weird. I responded but it does not seem to be here.
I know how to pre-fill the form. That isn’t the issue. It’s that the form does not reset back to the default values selected on browswer refresh.

I verified this on my side but couldn’t reproduce the problem. After refreshing the page, the form values were reset to their default state.
Could you kindly provide a screen recording of the problem from your perspective? This will help us gain a clearer understanding of the issue.
