Reset Course Status Programmatically

I’m wondering if I can reset the course status programmatically. I’ve been looking through the hook guide but I’m not sure if any of these will do that.

Basically, each week employees need to take a different training course and will keep rotating through them. I am using AutomatorWP to send the user course data to Airtable, then I want to reset the course status for that user.
