I have to transfer my domain on another host and I need WordPress authorization code in order to leave. The first code didn’t work so I need a new one. I think I should contact the owner of my actual domain ( i bought it on WordPress). Who should I contact for problem about my wordpress domain?

Help, please. Apparently, I need an EPP authorization code to transfer from Wild West Domains to Bluehost. Wild West said I get that from support@wordpress.org. That isn’t working. Can you please help? I’ve copied and pasted the email about this below:
