    Hi

    When a booking is made by a laptop I get emails, but by mobile I’m not receiving any email when a booking is made.

    Any idea what could be the problem?
    Please help me.

    Hi,

    Please check if it is in junk folder or somehow filtered.
    Also there must be check set ‘consent to contact’ when creating by mobile.

    Hi,

    You have to check all your inboxes like junk or spam or unwanted emails to make sure they have not ended up there. If you need a personal assistance to solve it, please send request to info@reservationdiary.eu

    I check all of inboxes and spam and junk. There is no email from booking by mobile. In this case I create my website in 3 languages. In one language I get booking email by mobile but in other two languages I don’t.
