    Hi there,

    I very often need to resend the customers order confirmation email to them (not to admin), because they entered their email address wrong the first time. The only way they can pay us via bank transfer is if they have our bank details, which are sent in that order confirmation (“Pending Payment” email).

    I have checked every email option in the edit order details, and not one of them will send that email again to the customer. Yes I can send a different email with an invoice, but that is not what I want.

    How can we resend that exact same email to the customer? Seems like such a basic functionality that WooCommerce does not have, or maybe I am totally overlooking something?

    If you resend this email: http://cld.wthms.co/ldpWB0, while the order is still in “pending payment” status, are you sure those details are not present?

    Another option is to just send them a note with the bank details: http://cld.wthms.co/SnheIT

    Thanks for the reply. Yes the standard payment details are all present in that email, it is just we have very customised emails. We can however copy most of the customisation across to the “Customer Invoice / Order Details” email, and that should hopefully work.
