    When users try to login but have yet to activate their account, they are simply told their account is not activated but they are given no way to request the activation link. They are left with an inability to to anything.

    Hi @growe,

    What activation type you’ve selected in your user role settings, admin or email activation? Do you have issues with the activation email?

    The setting requires email email activation.

    I’m just confused as to why the notice to the user only simply tells them they are not activated but does not provide them with a means to resolve the issue. Why are they not given a link to resend the activation email?

    Hi @growe,

    Do you mean that your users have issues with receiving the activation email?
    The users should click on the activation link in the email otherwise there is no point to require email activation. If you don’t see the first activation email, there is a high chance that you have issues with emails and won’t receive the second email.
    You can create a test account and check whether you receive activation email or not.
