The number of ‘related’ products shown depends on the theme a website is using. Therefore, it may vary from one website to another.
In your website I noticed it is presenting multiple related products in the desktop view, but, on the mobile view it is presenting just one.
You may want to try another theme. Alternatively, you could go for custom coding.
