Required Plugins for a CRM

    Hi,
    I use shinetheme’s traveler theme.

    I want to create a kind of CRM, because what exists I need to make many adaptations.

    I’m looking for plugins for:
    1 – repository Make files available to individual users, such as contracts, recommendations, customer documentation, etc.
    2 – Helpdesk
    3 – Knowledge Base
    4 – Make invoices and payment links available according to the product purchased.
    5 – CRM type, but where you can register suppliers according to the product.

    I believe it is possible to create a CRM only with plugins.

    Any indication of plugins?

    I currently use a vTiger CRM, but it is not paying off, as some services are not available and I am studying other opensource CRMs.

    Yes, it is possible. I mean, you have many options. Either use one of the existing CRM plugins, or create a private network with BuddyPress, and add plugins for document management, forums, etc.

    There are many plugins and I have tested some, but to test them all is impossible.

    Do you have any recommendations for these items I mentioned above?
