Required fields message missing

    When a required field is not filled in, the submit button does not work but there is no error message or information returned to the user. Nothing happens, the form is not sent to us, and there is no indication to the user that they did not complete the required fields. All error messages are set to default.

    The solution recommended for this was to use the multipage option so the user was not required to scroll up to see the errors. But now that is no longer working.

    The issue seems to be caused by an other plugin or your theme as this can only happen due to a javascript error.
