    Hi, I have created some new products, but the “required field” option is not considered for these. In practice, even by skipping these fields, the customer can add to the cart. it is strange because for existing products the option works well. What can it be? Thank you.
    Also is there a way to leave the fields filled in, when the page is reloaded when the customer has not entered all the fields and the error is reported?

    Strange, have you enabled client side validation.?

    If not pls go to Fields Factory -> Settings there check the Client Side Validation option “Yes”, and click “Save Changes” button.

    If the issue still there, pls share your product page url, I will try to inspect.

    @mycholan Thanks a lot, I solved it. it was that simple, but I don’t understand why it worked for existing products.
