Can you share a screenshot of what this looks like please? I can’t access your site to see what you are referring to.
Also, have you tried using the plugin Loco Translate to see if that will work for you?
Im using wp multilang translation, seems to work fine, but this one doesn’t translate.

This may just be a missing string in the plugin itself and the language file it has/creates for WooCommerce. I mention that because it’s not 100% clear looking at the plugin page how it exactly works.
Nonetheless, you could also quickly test with the plugin Amanda mentioned and see if it translates the string in question. If it does, then it confirms it was an issue with the original WP Multilang plugin. 🙂
As Ryan and Amanda mentioned, this string can be manually translated using Loco Translate.
