Also, I think it’s just a warning because db.php is not a WordPress core file and was generated by another plugin, maybe its query monitor plugin: https://github.com/johnbillion/query-monitor/wiki/db.php-Symlink

Yes is only warning, I deactived Query Monitor and now not show warning.

Just reporting the same behavior here for your reference.
I received the following warning:
WARNING: Link “/home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/wp-content/db.php” not following.
Then deactivated Query Monitor as @cosmoweb did, ran job again, warning went away.
