    Hi World

When I post a link of my site to google plus, I get the following message.

“The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster. Your support ID is: xxxxxxxxxxx…”

I’ve cleared cookies and updated to latest version of WordPress, but still the same. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Do you mean it prevents from sharing the link on Google+, or you can share thing link but it won’t go to your site?

    Hi James.

It shares the link, but with the above “URL rejected” message.

(The shared link does work, despite the message suggesting otherwise).

    Thanks

Ok, you’ll need to contact the folks over at Google+ about that.

    Lol.

They say it’s a WordPress problem!

Can you link me to where you’re sharing these?

Yeah, I’m not seeing how that could be a WordPress error. It says “contact the webmaster” which generally means it’s either a server issue on your end, or a problem with Google+.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks James. I’ll recheck plugins then switch themes. Fingers crossed…

No dice. Trying to contact the host to see if they can figure it out. Thanks anyway.

umm weird. I can share your links in my Google + profile without issue.

Hm, then if astecadmin is still having problem, it’s definitely an issue with Google+.

    Thanks for checking, Walter!
