    Hi,
I’m using NextGEN Gallery (version 3.1.17). I can upload new pictures to the gallery. If I trying to use another options (like manage gallery, manage albums) I receiving “Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Follow all recommendations: disable all plugins (situation the same), temporarily switched to a WordPress theme and activate only Nextgen. Result- the same error.
    What I should do more?

  • Hi @zilve,

Usually, this kind of problem is being caused by plugin or theme conflicts so I would insist on trying once again with disabling all the plugins excepting NextGen Gallery and switch to a Twenty series theme.

Also, I would check to make sure that the installation works with the following requirements: https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions.
