Hi,
Thanks for the detailed report — that’s genuinely helpful, and I’m sorry you ran into it.
Nothing is wrong on your side: not your WordPress install, not WooCommerce, and not anything you configured. This was a mail configuration error on our end. Right after your store connects, we send you an email with a link to set your dashboard password, and that email was going out from a sender domain that wasn’t verified with our email provider. The provider rejected it, and the error bubbled up into the plugin as if the whole connection had failed.
I’ve fixed the sender configuration, so this won’t happen again for you or anyone else.
Two things worth knowing:
Your store is actually connected. The credentials were saved before the email step, so the connection and the product sync went through despite the error message.
You should see your products appearing in the ArtInAR dashboard.
You never received the password-setup email, since that’s the part that failed. To get into your dashboard, go to https://artinar.app/admin/password-reset/request and enter the email address you used when setting up the plugin — you’ll get a link to set your password. Alternatively, the “Open dashboard” button in the plugin
logs you straight in without a password.
Could you let me know whether you can get in and whether your products are showing up? If anything still looks off on staging.ehoogkamer.nl, I’ll dig in right away.
Thanks again for taking the time to report this.
Best,
Stef

HI Stef, thanks for your fast response. I can get in now in 2 ways, great and the 5 chosen products are showing up.
And of course 😉 I’ve a new question, but i’ll start a new thread for that.
So, thanks again for your support
Kind Regards,
Karel
