REQUEST: Make Interface Style Match Latest WP (3.9.1)

The plugin works flawlessly, however, it looks like it hasn’t visually been updated since a much older version of WP. It doesn’t integrate visually. Plus, some of the buttons’ icons are off-center (old CSS?). I’m running the latest Firefox, 29.0.1.
Thank you for such a mold-breaking plugin!
