Request for modification reload excerpt plugin

i like to thank the plugin dav who created wonder full plugin
(excerpt_reload)

i find one option is missing , after applying

<?php the_excerpt_reloaded(50, ‘<img>’, ‘none’, TRUE, ‘Keep reading >>’, FALSE, 2); ?>

it show full size image which break post when i have big size image.it’s possible to get thumb nail
