    Hi There,

I’m working on a dev site and are having troubles with the “Custom files export”

After a few minutes its giving a “request failed” message.

It lloked to be hanging on a specific plugin, so we deleted it to see if this was the case, bu themn it just stopped at another plugin set.

    How can we solve this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @longwise

    Thank you for reaching out.
I would strongly advise to check out this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/request-failed-on-custom-files-export-to-cdn/
In this topic, the problem is described and you can see some pointers on solving the issue as the issue is with the specific files.
As I can see most of the static files are served from the CDN in your case. So make sure to check out the provided link and follow the instructions there.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

The link you gave had already been worked trough but oesn’t give a real reason/answer for the noted problem.

    Installed is:
    WordPress 5.7.1
    Woocommerce 5.2.2
    W3 Total cache 2.1.2 and a license

ALso the Compatibilty check is fully OK

What is realy causing this reaction.

    Hello @longwise

    Thank you for the info.
This means that something (some other plugin, some rule, or server) is causing the failed requests.
As you can see in the provided topic, there are various things that may cause this, and none directly related to W3 Total Cache.
In this case, you should whitelist those files or exclude them from uploading to CDN to avoid failed requests.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

    Thx for the quick reply.

Is there a log file I can check to find out where the export is prohibited with going further.

    Hello @longwise

Are you by any chance using some security plugin like Wordfence?
    Thanks!
