Reports that show Sold Quantity

    Hi,

    We are using JIGOSHOP 1.11.8 and would like to know the quantity of each individual product is sold.
    For example, if we sold clothing, how would we find out how many ‘Wooley Hats’ were sold in August.

    Is this possible in the standard JIGOSHOP?
    If not, is there a plug-in / add-on we could use to be able to see this?
    If so how would we be able to collect this data?

    Hi
    Most of our plugins won’t work on 1.11.8.
    We added that functionality in 1.17, as far as I remember.

    How long will updating the system take?
    What will happen for customers who use our website to order whilst the update is taking place?

    Updating to the latest version would take a few minutes at most.
    I’d recommend creating a full site backup before that, just to be sure 🙂
