So here’s my setup.
My daughter’s school has a fundraiser they do every month where people can order various things. Currently they just have a form sent home, they fill it out, they write a check, and send it all back to the school. It works well enough for what it is.
What I’m looking to do is create an online version of this so people can place the order online, and then just send a check to the school for the total. NO payments will be processed via the shopping cart. This would allow for a description of each item which we don’t get now. It would rule out any typos by someone entering the form data into a spreadsheet.
One main requirement I’d have is the ability to output a list of all the people and what they ordered so we can pass that along to actually place the order with the vendors. What sort of reporting options are available with the FREE version of WooCommerce?
I’d need to be able to specify a data range and get a list of each person, and what they ordered. I’d also need to be able to get totals per item/category as well.
Can WooCommerse do this out of the box? I have no budget for this to buy any add-ons as I’m just trying to help out the school on my own time and on my own site.. 🙂
