Reporting data not capture
-
Hi,
Im using cluevo for my scorm package courses. The uploading module & learning tree part works great, however the reporting does seem to pass any data to cluevo mysql.
Is there anything u can recommend me to do to overcome this issue ? i’ve made an account for you for easier access to check my reporting data / workflow.

Looking forward for your favourable reply soon.
Thanks

Hi fihiromar,
I tried to log into your page, but the password did not seem to be correct and now i think your firewall blocked me.
you could open a ticken on our site https://wp-lms.cluevo.at/ referencing this thread, there we can help you in a more direct way.In the future, if you want to share credentials with a plugin author, maybe contact them directly. Here in the forum everyone can read the credentials.
greetings from Austria,
Eliashey elias,
ah jeez my bad, sure i open a ticket there.
thanks
as per forum guidelines
Do not post email addresses, ask others to post their email or solicit contacting people off of the forums.
Do not post, offer, or ask for login information, even test IDs and test passwords. While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:
- Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
- Ask for a link to the http://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their
phpinfo();output. - Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again (the Health Check plugin can do this without impacting any site vistors).
- Ask the user for the step-by-step directions on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.
We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.
When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.Hi,
I am deeply sorry if i violated any guidelines. Please help me to better understand what i did wrong, so i can avoid it in the future.
I did not ask for any credentials and i even tried to explain that it is not a good idea to share them here in the forum.
In the Guidelines under the point “When creating links to other resources” stands that it is allowed to post links to the support Website of the Author. I did that, because the topic is most probably related to the used Modules and not our plugin directly that is why I thought it would be best if we handle this via our support system.
Please let me know what part of my answer did violate the guidelines.
Thank you in advance and again I am sorry
greetings,
EliasFor pro(premium|paid) customers – directing them to your site for support is a must. You should not support your paid product customers here.
See that commercial products not supported in these forumsFor free plugin/theme users – it is best to support them here, as we often can see, many devs direct users to their sites to only ask their login/password and then check their site. It has implications mentioned in above post and definitely does not benefit support forums in general, however some users can be satified, but we often also see dissatisfied users who would not willingly (like the OP) send their credentials to anyone.

Hi elias,
Adding to my previous question, i’ve use the same zip scorm file and upload to scormcloud.com and the score are tabulated accordingly.
Just wanted to check wether i need to add/do anything else to get the “cmi.core.score_raw” & “cmi.core.student_name” tabulated inside cluevo reporting sql.
The zipped content for my publish folder is as below
