Plugin version used is 1.2.33
Wordpress 5.3.2
5.6.47 – MySQL
Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
PHP: 7.3.6
Automatic reports settings hereafter:
Automatic Reports: Send submissions in CSV format via email
Enable Reports? Yes
Send report every 1 days (Put a 0 to send the report immediately after each submission)
Send report after this hour (server time) 20
Send the report to the following email addresses (comma separated) —–@gmail.com
Email subject Report Prenotazioni Campo
Email format? Plain Text
Email Text (CSV file will be attached with the submissions) in allegato l’elenco delle prenotazioni.

Hi,
The settings are correct. It may be a permissions problem (no permissions to write the temporal CSV file to be attached into the wp-content/uploads folder) or the email client removing the attachment.
