Report ‘on hold’ orders

    Is there a way to also track ‘on hold’ orders?

    One of our sites uses a manual payment method (bank transfer) so orders are placed on hold indefinitely. Is there a way to record these orders within Google Analytics?

    Hi @pjrobertson,

    You could record such orders’ data in Google Analytics. All you have to do is import them using Analytics Management API.

    OK, so there’s no way for the plugin to automatically import the order data, like it does for ‘completed’ orders?

    Hi @pjrobertson,

    You right in your understanding. Our plugin tracks the ‘completed’ orders data automatically and captures them in GA.
