Is there anyway I can report a comment from my blog that’s full of hate speech? I also want to know if there’s any way I can block someone from commenting on my blog?

If you’re using wordpress.com then you’re in the wrong forums but fortunately there’s some information here – https://wordpress.com/complaints/.

If you’re running your own WordPress install, then you’re in the right place to ask for advice.

What kind of hate speech are we talking about? And who would you want to report it to? I would guess you’d report it to the police if it’s severe enough. But who is it targeted at?

That kind of legal stuff isn’t specific to WordPress and is probably way beyond the ability of anyone here to advise on.

In Dashboard > Settings > Discussion you can make comments require manual approval before they go live. You can create a blacklist of words that put comments into moderation or Trash and even add IP addresses to it to block people (but can block the innocent too). You can require people to have a login before posting.

Then there are various plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ban/

Plus you should be using Akismet to block spam.
