My problem is as follows: I have to make an accounting report to recover my turnover from my sales. So I go to "statistics" but the figures given to me are not good. I know this because I manually calculate my March turnover and it differs by more than a hundred euros from what "statistics" shows me. The VAT amounts are also not correct. I followed the data regeneration manipulation that I saw on the forums but it did not solve the problem.

Thanks for your help

Hello, sorry for not replying sooner. I tried the solution you suggested but it still doesn't work. I will try to be more specific in my request. I'm in "statistics" -> "revenue", my net sales for the month of March are at 3935.77€. I now go to "categories" again for the month of March and net sales are now at €4118.54. I have gaps all the time and I don't understand why. So I wonder if these numbers are viable or not.

Hello @brunks,

I tried the solution you suggested but it still doesn’t work. I will try to be more specific in my request. I’m in “statistics” -> “revenue”, my net sales for the month of March are at 3935.77€. I now go to “categories” again for the month of March and net sales are now at €4118.54. I have gaps all the time and I don’t understand why. So I wonder if these numbers are viable or not.

Sorry, but I’m not sure if I’m getting the full picture here.

Can you please attach the following?

• A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
• A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
• It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
