    below every page, there is ‘leave a reply’ (post comment). If I want one like that below a certain Page: how do I do that?

    Go to Theme Options > General and enable comments on pages. Then in the page settings for that page, enable comments.

    will-in fact-now I’ve got a ‘post comment’ on each page. I don’t want that, either. However, I can’t find where I can disable comments on a certain page…

    I found the solution. Choosing ‘quick edit’ (not edit), I can chose tu unmark ‘allow comments’. then the comments for that page are gone.
