This is something that’s been haunting me for quite some time, and I just haven’t been able to solve it yet!

All of the emails and email addresses are properly set up under Woocommerce > Emails. Customer Notes fall under this setup, where the email comes from orders@domain.com. However, when the customer replies to that Notes email, the “reply-to” going to the WordPress Administration Email Address and not the email set up under Woocommerce.

Any help would be super appreciated!

    Cheers.

    Hi there 👋

That’s strange! By any chance are you using an SMTP plugin? For this, I’d recommend you to work through our email FAQ here:

Hi Gabriel! This happens on all of my WordPress/Woocommerce websites, and all of them have SMTP plugins, but are set up using the clients’ email address, not mine (my personal email is the admin email for all of these sites).

In summary, despite having an SMTP plugin and reading through that FAQ (that’s where I started in all this research), I don’t have a resolution.

    Thanks!

    Hi @kellymarie2001,

It sounds like you should get in touch with your SMTP provider since you’re using their servers to send emails. Most likely they’re best positioned to assist you with this issue.

    Keep us posted.
