reply to does not work

Since a few months we the reply to in our contact forms is not working.
If we get an email and click to answer, it will put our own adress in the to field.We already tried to change the email, deactivated all plugin (ecxept from wpml), but nothing works. Also we tried to install another contact form plugin, but the problem is the same.
With our other website (www.katakids.de/kontakt) reply to works fine.
Someone has a hint, what to do?
