The Easy WP SMTP plugin bridges a connection between your WordPress site and your mailer. It change the “From email” if you have this option on, to ensure your emails are sent properly from your define email address.
Easy WP SMTP does not have an option to set a reply-to email. But you can configure this from your plugins. Most forms plugins for example allows you to add a reply-to address from their Notification settings.
You normally would set up a notification to yourself and place the user email as the reply-to address. And also when you set the user notification, you set your preferred reply-to address in the notification settings.
