    I’ve seen the answer in other topics is to add the shortcode to the theme… but where exactly do I add this shortcode?

    <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[smart_search id=”1″]’); ?>

    Hello,

    You can add it in the header for example by modifying header.php file.
    Or add [smart_search id="1"] to the ‘Custom HTML’ widget.
