Replacing Buddypress activity rss with normal feed

Right now the only rss feed I can find for my site fourleauges.com/activity/feed. I do not want a buddypress feed but rather I just want articles being posted from my blog. Fourleagues.com/feed does not work whether I have buddypress installed or not. Can someone help me with this. I just want to set up a plain normal rss feed that displays only the posts from my main blog.
