Can you please make sure you update Enabled Media Replace to the latest version? Currently it is 3.3.7. Then try again.

I still can select the image that I want to replace – but I don’t see the preview and also the button that allows me to replace the image is always inactive.
I have exactly the SAME issue with the Enable Media Replace Plugin (v 3.3.7) on the newest WordPress 5.3.2
Can you share any solution approaches here? @hagbard23 was support able to help you with the problem?

Sorry, we forgot to post an update about this!
We found a conflict with other plugins and we implemented a fix. If you want to try it you can download the development version from this URL: https://github.com/short-pixel-optimizer/enable-media-replace/tree/updates
This will be included in the next update as well.

I just did the update in 3.3.9 with wordpress 5.3.2 and the replacement of the date is made but not that of the file as with the previous version
I have no other plugin other than Enhanced Media Library PRO working on media

curieusement le replace que j’ai fait hier a été efficace puisque j’ai constaté qu’il est correct ce matin
cela fait quand même presque 1 jour pour que la fonction se réalise, ce retard est quand même curieux (j’ai vu l’autre post sur le retard)
