It can be done by css, I think. But you can also change the html of the templates that build up the matches table. There are examples of using a hook to change a template in the help page and in the first post of the forum.

No, there is nothing like that on my feature list. Can you let me know what you have in mind?
3. Monthly Ranking. Since Epl will be about 6-8 months, I want to place monthly rankings TOP 10 in side widget and continue the predictions. Is it possible without taking screenshot and just uploading image file?
You can create custom rankings in the admin. In the monthly ranking you select only the matches you want to include.
These all add up to the calculation time, so make sure you invest time to optimize your hosting.

2. We have also been running prediction but via google drive and calc is done manually, or using formulas in excel, its hard but we have to do. We have negative points system, Suppose IF user A predicts wrong answer in particular match (like golden match) then user A will be awarded negative points which also deducts in his total tanking and standing and all. Thats the idea, hope in near future you take a look at it. Also it will be good to see user who didnt predicted three games in a row or 5 games in a row, then that user to be awarded with negative pts but its complex I know. But just negative points will be good, to control random prediction amnong players.

I will check what the impact is if I support negative numbers. There are a couple of checks I need to change in the code. And also the database definition needs to change. But if impact is low, then this will open the door for a support of negative scores.
The scoring system you mention sounds a bit too specific and custom to your situation, so I don’t expect this to end up in the standard pool as this will add too much complexity. But, as said, if I manage to change some code and the database, you can extend the calculation of scores yourself. Or hire someone to do it for you.
