Replace "More-Tag" "Continue Reading" with graphic.

    I have seen a couple of sites that somehow have a graphic arrow or other icon that says “Read More” or “Continue” as an icon/image or so it would appear rather than “Continue Reading” as text.

    I’ve searched and so far have not found a plugin that can do thst?

    Any ideas?
