replace media on upload

    Hi,

    I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question.

    We have a lot of pictures in the media library. Some we want to replace with new pictures. Now I am looking for a way to do this in bulk. The new images will have the same name. When I upload a new image, WordPress will extend the name with “-1”.
    What I am looking for is a copy/replace function like Windows Explorer 🙂
    Not sure if this is even possible as the images are currently linked to products.

    Use the plugin “Enable Media Replace” to replacing files in the media library. I’m not aware, however, of a bulk option for this.

    Thank you Steve. I checked that one already and unfortunately it does not support bulk.
