repeat fields

    I want a special feature in ContactForm:
    At the entry I have three fields that would like to be repeated, for example. by pressing a “+” or the like.
    The fields may be:
    Nr1 – Number1 – Str1
    And then
    Nr2 – Antal2 – Str2
    Nr3 – Number3 – Str3
    Contract.
    Any suggestions for a solution?
