Reorder Categories

Hello all,

For some unknown reason, WP is placing all but two of my categories alphabetically. I tried deleting and re-creating the two rogue Categories. I also tried the spaces before the Category title trick I found in another thread.

All Categories are alphabetical except one that remains first and one that keeps being placed last.

Any ideas?
