Reopen – No Preview Available

Dear Author

I am using latest plugin [ 2.5.19] and it was working fine. However, suddenly, now what I see a grey area or completely blank space.

Is this issue due to

1: Browser?
2: Google API?
3: Plugin level – I doubt.
