    Hi,

I have a question to do with fixing Render Blocking JS/CSS using W3 Total Cache.
I am also using CloudFlare and have not selected Minification in W3 Total Cache due to the chance of overlapping?
Though, when I run my page through Pagespeed insights I am told that I need to Eliminate render-blocking resources.
Will I be able to do this using Manual Minification Settings in W3TC without causing a conflict with CloudFlare?
I am not sure how they both interact with one another so thank you for your assistance. 🙂

    Hello,

I’ve tested your website on GTmetrix and here are the results => https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.sexysydneyescorts.com.au/1rMfd7D1
I’ve also checked Page speed Insights results and it is suggesting to eliminate render blocking CSS.
It is not advisable to use both W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare minify as it can lead to conflict.
You can switch to W3 Total Cache minify, Manual option, and add JS and CSS files manually using Combine only with async for JS and @import handling: Process for CSS
This can be a very tricky process so you should do this with attention.
Also if I may suggest, you should consider optimizing your images with some plugin like Smush it, Ewwww image optimizer or Tiny PNG.

If I choose to use W3TC minify manual option, will I need to disable the minify on CloudFlare? What do you suggest I do?

    Hello,
Yes, you should disable Cloudflare minify if you want to use W3 Total Cache minify. It is highly recommended that you use only one minify solution.
As you can see in the GTmetrix test, your score is great. Google Page speed sometimes suggest things that are lowering the score but have no actual impact on the user experience.
As I said in the previous post, I suggest that you use some image optimization plugin as that would increase the speed of your website further.

    Thank you.
Would you suggest it is worth it to switch to W3TC over CloudFlare to eliminate Render blocking?

Also, I used the Smush plugin to optimise my images though when I used pagespeed analysis, the result was unchanged?

    Hello,

I’ve tested your website again on Gtmetrix and your speed has improved https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.sexysydneyescorts.com.au/BRbgNRa8
I’ve visited your website and went through it and it’s pretty fast.
I would recommend you to change nothing except maybe some tweaks in smush It plugin regarding your images.
