Renaming Page Links

    I plan on using the ‘write page’ facility in 1.5 to create the static pages on my site.

    However, I would really like my links to have a relevant name e.g tutorials.php or something similar, rather than having a category number which has no relevance to the page whatsoever.

    Currently, if I create a page the link looks like … ?page_id=6 Is there any way to change this and other page links to something more relevant?

    setup permalinks, that’ll fix it and make sure you have a name in the post slug.

    Tsk, it’s so obvious now! Thank you for your help 🙂

    For anyone who’s interested, I changed my Permalink Structure to /%category%/%postname%/
