On this previous thread the issue of the impact of Rename wp-login on site stats was raised and I wonder if you have any further updates on this…

I use Google Analytics and wonder if setting up a new login is now distorting my traffic figures as failed logins are re-directed to the home page?
If so, is there a simple way to solve it for a non-techie?
I find the plugin has made a huge impact on the number of failed logins so would really like to keep using it but cannot afford to distort the visitor figures.
