This can be accomplished with very simple CSS.
h1.archive-title {margin: 25px 0;}

Great thanks. could you tell me please where exactly should I put that css code? somewhere in the impress archive or on my theme? Thanks again
Add to your theme CSS or use Jetpack’s Custom CSS module.

JUST A MINUTE BEFORE YOU TICK THIS AS RESOLVED PLEASE
Worked perfectly as I just say, HOWEVER, I just notice in a second look at it, that ONCE you pressed the first showed image on the listing, THEN, It exist the same problem with that very particular PROPERTY LISTING TITLE. Could you please give me an extra bit of code to give space from the top to this too?
Thanks so much in advance once again

I didnt wanted to open another post just for this new request not to bother too much so here it is…
I now need (not so important but would be great being able to) to take off ALL THE TITLES (The ALL property titles) and the titles in each property – this I found out how to do it – BUT at the same time KEEPING A BIT OF SPACE between the header and the listing page
I been searching loots the internet for such a code but cant find any that do both things at the time
Thanks 🙂
