Best to take this part out internally via functions within WP and not manual coding.

WP Author, Date and Meta Remover

We are trying to remove the author box from a WordPress template page. This is mainly due to security reasons and also to the look and size of the box. Would be grateful if anyone has any input on this…thanks!
