Removing Posts Page Title/Subtitle

Hi folks. I am using WordPress.org to create a website with the Gateway theme. Unfortunately I am unable to discover how to remove the title and subtitle from the static posts page. The page has a big message saying “Latest News; Change these titles to anything in the customizer”. When I enter the customizer this message changes to “Blog Page;Occaecati curabitur autem mollit. Vestibulum veritatis orci.” Any idea how to remove this text from my posts page? I cannot find the option within the customizer. Thank you!
