Removing Posts from Admin Postbag

    This message is shown at the top of my forum:

    WARNING: The admin postbag contains 304 posts which require removal.

    Any idea what it is and how to remove the posts? I have been told it is an active plug in but cannot find the “admin bar” plug in within the list of installed plug ins.
