Removing not needed dns prefetch

    On my website I have these two codes, I do not use vimeo at all so not sure why this code is here. And the 2nd one I guess it is for emojys which I do not really need. I would like to remove these but first I would like to know what these are for. Am I safe removing these since I do not use these?
