removing hacked pages

I just got a notification from Google that my site has been hacked. Google sent me the hacked page:

When I view that page live, I see at the bottom a whole bunch of other pages / posts that are not mine.

When I go into my wp dashboard I only see a couple suspicious posts titled “Title” that are not mine, but I am unable to delete or edit them. Also this is how it looks in my dashboard listing: (Notice it doesn’t show the title, author, date, and it does have the word Blocked where it would normally be a blank column.:

I don’t know what to do to remove those pages. I have contacted Bluehost and they can’t help me. I have updated all my plugins but the pages still show up live and in dashboard.
