-Check if you have any cache plugins installed, and clear the cache, to see any change. If that’s not the case, mention which theme, shows this glitch.
-You have an edit button across the form, in the General tab, where you can edit or delete the group options.

Thank you for the quick response! I do not have any cache plugins and have cleared the cache, unfortunately I am still not seeing any changes. I am using the basic theme.
Also not seeing the edit button for groups. I do see the edit of the list, is this part of it?
My list is not segmented it should not have options for groups.
Sorry for so many questions, just new to the platform and want to make sure I’m not misstepping.

-Once you click the edit button for the form, below you have a list of fields, and there you should see a row for you groups, and across it there ‘ll be a delete icon. If you want to remove the groups, you can click it and hit confirm. To save the changes, hit OK button(below the rows of fields) and then hit Update Options.
This is how it should be working, and if it doesn’t provide your email address for further communication.
-Let us have a look at your website, so that we get a better idea, what’s wrong with the font. Please mention your website URL.
